Hilt Brothers Insurance Agency is a family-owned and operated local Allstate agency, proud to serve our community with personalized insurance solutions. Founded by brothers Kirk and Eric Hilt, our agency combines family values with professional insurance expertise to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

Kirk Hilt oversees Sales and Operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Eric Hilt focuses on Sales and Management, driving growth and fostering teamwork. Together, their leadership combines strategic vision and operational expertise, forming the foundation of the company’s success.

At the heart of our agency are Kirk and Eric Hilt. Kirk, alongside his wife Crystal Hilt, leads our customer service team, ensuring every client feels at home when they walk through our doors. Eric, with his dynamic approach, heads our sales team, bringing years of insurance knowledge to the table. His daughter, Katie Hilt, is an integral part of both our sales and insurance agent teams, representing the next generation of our family’s commitment to the insurance industry. Kirk and Eric’s niece, Maricela, rounds out the family as part of our customer service team at the North Kansas City office, making sure every call and visit gets the same family welcome.

Our sales team is here to help you find the right coverage at a price that works for you. In Gladstone, Agency Owner Kirk Hilt works alongside Sales Agents Jessica S. and Katie Hilt and Melanie, our Licensed Agent & Office Manager. In North Kansas City, Agency Owner Eric Hilt leads Sales Agents Jessica K. and Veronica, and Dylan serves customers at both offices.
